Itinerary
Day 1: Airport Pickup – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
- Early morning pickup from Entebbe International Airport, hotel, or residence by your professional driver-guide
- Brief safari orientation and introduction to the journey
- Begin scenic drive to southwestern Uganda through towns, plantations, and countryside landscapes
- Stop at the Equator crossing for photography, refreshments, and souvenir shopping
- Continue journey through rolling hills, terraced farmlands, forests, and local villages
- Lunch en route at a selected restaurant
- Enjoy scenic views of the Kigezi Highlands, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Africa”
- Arrival at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the evening
- Check-in at safari lodge located near the forest

- Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi Forest
- Early morning breakfast at the lodge
- Transfer to the park headquarters for registration and gorilla trekking briefing by park rangers
- Learn about gorilla trekking rules, safety guidelines, and gorilla conservation efforts
- Begin guided trek through the dense rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family
- Trek through forest trails, hills, and natural vegetation while enjoying the beauty of Bwindi Forest
- Upon locating the gorillas, spend one unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat
- Watch gorillas feeding, playing, resting, and interacting within their family groups
