Itinerary
Day 1: Airport Pickup – Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
- Early morning pickup from Entebbe International Airport, hotel, or residence by your professional driver-guide
- Brief safari orientation and introduction to the journey
- Begin scenic drive to northwestern Uganda through towns, plantations, and countryside landscapes
- Stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for guided rhino tracking on foot
- Learn about rhino conservation efforts in Uganda
- Continue journey toward Murchison Falls National Park
- Lunch en route at a selected restaurant
- Enter the park and enjoy scenic views of the savannah and surrounding wilderness
- Visit the top of the spectacular Murchison Falls and witness the Nile River forcing through a narrow gorge
- Enjoy photography and breathtaking views of the falls
- Optional evening game drive depending on arrival time
- Spot wildlife such as giraffes, antelopes, buffaloes, and elephants
- Check-in at safari lodge for dinner and overnight stay
Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Nile Boat Cruise
- Early morning breakfast at the lodge
- Begin morning game drive through the northern sector of the park
- Search for wildlife including elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, hyenas, warthogs, and antelopes
- Enjoy scenic views of the savannah plains and wildlife photography opportunities
- Return to lodge for relaxation and lunch
- Lunch en route
- Afternoon boat cruise along the Nile River toward the base of Murchison Falls
